  • David Jaques PhD, BCBA

    Executive Director
    he/him/his

    BCBA from Southern Illinois- Carbondale, PhD in Organizational Leadership from TCSP, experience working in the field for 35 years.

    Areas of Professional Interest:
    Application of Leadership and Behavioral principles into the operation of human service organizations.

    Fishing, hiking, and traveling

  • Megan Lemke, Missouri Regional Director MS, BCBA

    Behavior Analyst
    she/her/hers

    M.S. in Behavior Analysis and Therapy. Experience in providing behavioral services to children, adolescents, adults and families in various settings. Additional experience as a Human Rights Committee Chair/Member, Behavior Support Committee Chair/Member, Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, and Director of a residential agency that served individuals with intellectual disabilities and severe behavior disorders.

    Areas of Professional Interest:
    Working with adults with intellectual disabilities and adults with traumatic brain injuries.

  • Darrlyn Bell, Behavior Consultant

    Experience providing behavioral services to children, adolescents, and families across home, school, daycare, and community-based settings. Skilled in conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing caregiver training, and supervising behavior support staff.

    Supporting children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, functional behavior assessment, caregiver collaboration, and social-emotional development. I love helping individuals build meaningful communication and independent living skills.

  • Jackie Thaxton, MA, BCBA

    Behavior Analyst
    she/her/hers

    M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University. Experience working in various settings including clinics, house-based therapy, and schools; served as the Clinical Director at an autism center for eight years that served individuals with autism and related disabilities.

    Areas of Professional Interest:
    Teaching functional communication skills, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, teaching pro-social behavior.

    Traveling, canoeing, spending time outdoors
