Visions Origin Story

Visions LLC was founded in 2009 by Dave Jaques and Gary Strange, who brought over 20 years of shared experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Their work across a wide range of settings shaped a core belief that behavior is deeply influenced by environment and relationships.

After becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Dave and Gary launched Visions to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral services. What began as a two-person practice has grown into a team of approximately 100 practitioners serving over 1,500 individuals across multiple states.

Today, Visions supports individuals with I/DD, behavioral health needs, neurocognitive disorders, and substance use challenges. Services extend across diverse settings, including residential programs, community environments, treatment courts, and wellness initiatives. The organization is known for integrating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with collaborative, multidisciplinary approaches.

Visions remains grounded in its commitment to enhancing quality of life through compassionate care, strong relationships, and thoughtfully designed environments.
